Do you offer tracking on ticket orders?

All orders processed through Stub.com will be shipped directly from the broker to you via FedEx. We try to assure that all ticket orders will be processed and shipments made on the same day, but this is not always possible due to broker scheduling. Once your tickets are shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking codes. We guarantee that you will receive your ticket in time for the event. If you have a special request or have any shipment questions, we encourage you to contact the broker directly. You will find their contact information on the receipt that we sent to your email address after your order was complete. | |
